  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time within India:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, severe weather conditions, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Additional shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.

Return & Replacement Policy

Returns

Due to the personal and spiritual nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect product selection.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide a replacement if the claim is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products returned without original packaging

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
